It’s taken me far too long to post this up on my website.

I have to admit that I have been riddled with ‘Impostor Syndrome’ every time I’ve thought about this paper; with respect to my legitimacy as an academic, a project management professional and just as an adult generally. Do you ever feel like a 12 year old wearing a grown-up costume? That’s me.

I won the Belcher Grady Projects Pty Ltd Award for this work, my Masters Dissertation – and yet I still feel like there are plenty of improvements to be made.

In some ways, this feeling of ‘unfinished’ has been a motivator for me – I’d love to revisit the work next year, when life is a bit quieter; just to see if I can improve myself. Or, perhaps I will endeavour on a new research work to complement this piece? Who knows, the future is exciting!
